Impossible&#8230; but not for the Bernardi farm!<\/p>\n<p>2024 was a year of big news for the Bernardi farm, which, in addition to new protected crops, experimented with this innovative fennel cultivation technique: some varieties are transplanted at the end of autumn to make a 150-day cultivation cycle and harvest in spring.
